I have been taking Life Long Vitality supplements for just over 2 months now and I love it. It is the one product I will definitely take forever! I feel to have so much more energy and less aches and pains. I also feel much calmer and less anxious. A major plus for me is I'm sleeping better as well, which is amazing. Long may it continue!

We are new to the oils and loving them. I really love Wild Orange in my water bottle and we have all used Deep Blue roller on our achy bits and an insect bite roller from the midge nibbles up in Scotland. Our pilot diffuser has been in use all holiday.

I just had my Wellness Consult with Kay and mentioned I had a headache. She recommended putting one drop of Peppermint and one drop of Frankincense on the roof of my mouth (soft pallette). It relieved my headache that I'd had all afternoon within seconds! How amazing for instant relief!

Loving the way my oils let me keep doing the things I love. I woke this morning with my calf muscle in cramp. Thought there is no way I can go to my fitness class as it was so painful. But reached for my book and box of oils and massaged lemongrass and mint onto my calf. It melted away and I did my class no problem.
